| 摘 要： | “边际收益递减”和“规模收益变动”是企业两条重要的基本生产规律，企业遵循与合理利用这两条基本生产规律的主要思路为：按生产要素最佳组合的条件来确定不同生产要素的结合比例；注重按企业获得最大利润的条件进行要素投入。
