| 摘 要： | 【目的】建设行业技术性科技期刊的通讯员队伍，辅助期刊开展各项工作，加强期刊与行业的联系，提升刊物质量和经营水平。【方法】借鉴新闻出版单位建设通讯员队伍的方法和经验，并参考一些科技期刊在这方面的做法，结合自身刊物的特点和定位，对通讯员队伍的作用、意义、建设、管理和成本等方面问题进行了阐述，并在实践中不断完善这项工作。【结果】通讯员队伍建设工作顺利开展，通讯员队伍已初具规模，效果良好。【结论】行业技术性科技期刊建立通讯员队伍的构想具有可操作性，实践效果符合预期，促进了期刊的经营和发展。
