| 摘 要： | 万历初,以首辅张居正为代表的改革集团在平定西南少数民族叛乱之时,又审时度势,及时推行了调处民族矛盾、调适进贡制度、招抚叛乱＂降夷＂等一系列的民族政策。这些民族政策在短期内改善了西南地区的民族关系,巩固了边疆统治;但长远来看,它已难以适应少数民族的发展趋势,甚而成为激化明末西南地区民族矛盾的重要因素。

| Abstract: | In the early years of Wanli, Zhang Juzheng reform group had suppressed the minority rebellion in the Southwestern region. Meanwhile, they had timely carried out a series of effective national policies, such as appeasing ethnic conflicts, adjusting tribute system, pacifying ＂barbarians＂, etc. Those national policies in a short time improved the ethnic relations, consolidated the border area rule for the time being; but in the long run, it had been difficult to adapt to the development trend of ethnic minorities, and even became an important factor in aggravating the south ethnic conflicts in the late Ming Dynasty. |
