| 摘 要： | 教育是我国实施科教兴国的重要手段,而培养创新人才则是实现这一目标的重要内容。本文以自己多年的乡土地理教学经验为例,从＂培养创新意识＂到＂培养创新能力＂,再到＂创新意识的进一步升华＂三个方面的层层递进关系,进一步探讨长期扎根于农村的中学地理教师,如何在教学中利用本土资源优势来实施创新教育。
