| 摘 要： | 主要是以2006年全国散打锦标赛男子小级别散打运动员为实验对象，根据散打运动员的实际情况和专项特点，运用实验法等研究方法进行了研究，将获得原始数据运用统计学方法进行处理，从而构建一套具有散打特点的、科学实用的散打运动员专项身体素质测验指标体系。制定了专项身体素质各单项测验成绩评分标准，构建了散打运动员专项身体素质综合发展水平的评价和散打运动员专项身体素质单项发展水平的评价。为教练员和体育院校在散打运动员的选材、招生、训练提供有价值的信息与理论依据。
