摘    要:文章介绍了TPS控制系统在氧化铝焙烧炉中的应用情况,结合该系统的结构特点和工艺控制要求,重点阐述了焙烧炉自动控制技术的开发及应用,利用TPS系统提供的多种实现控制功能的方法以及依靠组态软件工具和编程技术实现的自动控制功能通过实际应用实例进行了论述,即:利用RPV中的累计功能块(TOTALIZE)实现流量信号的累计功能;利用位置比例控制器(PositionProportional)实现执行器的控制;利用逻辑点实现设备的联锁功能;利用数字组合点(Digital Composite)、DV点实现设备的控制;利用cL控制语言,实现复杂的顺序控制;利用Modbus通讯协议的技术实现TPS系统与西门子$7-300的通讯以及在TPS控制系统上实施复杂的过程控制方案等,通过控制功能的优化设计,使系统运行更加可靠,满足工艺要求,为其它冶金、化工企业的生产过程控制提供一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In this paper, the application of TPS control system in alumina roaster is introduced, and combining the structural features and requirments from process system, the development and application of automatic control technology is emphasized. The automatic control technology realized by various functions of TPS system and configuration software and programming technology is illustrated through practical applications, such as accumulation of flow signal based on TOTALIZE module of RPV, control of actuator based on Position Proportional, interlocking function based on logical point, control of equipment based on Digital Composite and DV point, complex sequential control systems based on CL control language, communication between TPS system and Siemens S7-300 based on Modbus protocol, and complex process control solution based on TPS system. Through the optimal design of control function, the rurming of system is safer and satisfies the process requiremnts, and can be used as reference to production control of other chemistry and metallurgy companies.
