| Abstract: | The chain method of document archives wasn’t just Three Unity and it was the deepening of document archives reform during the period of the Republic of China.Moreover,its object design,which has double significance,is that it could realize documents processing and archives management.It not only needs to satisfy the improvement of the administrative efficiency,but also needs to promote the development of the administrative affairs.So it has had the change of classification,registration,numbering and filing,and also had the assumptions and efforts in the active archives service on the document distribution.Furthermore,the principle,direction and value,which was established by the chain method of document archives,has profound influence,and this kind of exploring spirit always give us its eternal charms. |
