| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育是指对已经具备中等教育水平的、不再参与全日制正规学校教育的成人所实施的具有高等教育水平的教育。改革开放以后相当长的一段时间内,成人高等教育扮演着学历补偿教育的角色。伴随着高等教育大众化的进程,成人高等教育必须从以学历为导向的教育向职业性教育转变。

| Abstract: | Adult higher education is a kind of high-level education for those adults who have already had the secondary education and no longer take part in the full-time school education.Ever since several decades ago,it has been a sort of diploma education for adults.With the popularization of higher education,adult higher education must also shift from diploma-oriented education to vocational training. |
