| 摘 要： | 本文基于一项全国农村公共产品需求调查,通过对农民公共产品需求的现状、结构和特点深入分析,探讨如何建构农民需求导向的农村公共产品供给制度。考察了农民的公共产品需求普遍得不到满足、对其评价不高以及需求强烈的事实,提出并验证了农民需求位序结构假设和政权距离—满意度假设,并依据这些结论提出建立需求导向的公共产品供给制度的结构性安排。
