摘    要:中国的师范教育体制正处在从师范教育向教师教育的转型时期,必须有科学的政策来引导师范院校的发展,在政策制定时应考虑国际教师教育的发展趋势和中国高等教育发展的现实,要符合基础教育的改革要求,这样来调整师范院校的布局、建立多元的投资体制,建立职前职后连通的一元体系和有教师教育特色的学制,以促进教师教育的蓬勃发展。

Abstract:China's teacher-training education system is in the point of turning from teacher training to teacher education,so it is a must to make scientific policies to guide the development of teachers' colleges.While making policies,it's mecessary to consider the development trend of international teacher education,and the situation development for China's higher education.The policies should meet the requirements of basic education reforms.In this way,the distribution of coherent-post-training with characteristic of teacher education will be established,which can stimulate the vigorous development of teacher education.
