| 摘 要： | 韩国证券市场历经五十多年的发展已经成为一个国际化的成熟市场，其发展大致可分为四个阶段。韩国政府在不同时期采取不同政策，韩国证券市场已经形成了现代化的市场结构，具有完善的监管法律体系和国际化、透明化的鲜明特点。
