摘    要:对头轮转轴的受力进行分析,确定其受力情况,通过三维软件Pro/E建立其模型,导入Hyper Mesh中划分出转轴的网格,完成载荷和约束的施加,导入到ANSYS进行求解,理论验证刚度符合要求。同时考虑增加提升机主轴的长度的可行性,为以后在实际生产中提供理论依据。

Abstract:Analyzing the stress of the rotating shaft,to confirm its stress affairs,through 3D software Pro/E to establish model,to divide the grids while leading in Hyper Mesh,finished the load and restrict infliction,leading in ANSYS to find the solution,theory inspect and verify rigidity meet the requirement.at the same time,to think over the feasibility to increase the length of rotating shaft,which will supply theoretical evidence for the future actual production.
