| 摘 要： | 宗族是指以同一男性为祖先延传下来的、聚集居住的社会群体。历史上浙江宗族气息就很浓郁，当代宗族复兴的势头也甚为强劲。本文分析了村民选举中的宗族派别斗争及其对村民自治的消极影响，并提出了相应的应对措施。
