| 摘 要： | 档案意识作为社会意识，是社会主体对档案这一客观存在的主观反映和能动制约的精神系统。具备知识观念与意向观念统一的现代档案意识，是使档案工作稳定、有序、高效，向立体化发展的重要催化剂，对推进高校档案工作的和谐发展起到至关重要的作用。针对当前高校档案现状，需从档案的全员意识、服务意识与素质教育意识三个方面进行提高。

| Abstract: | As an important part in social consciousness system, awareness of file managing reflects the social main bodies＇ awareness of the file management. The advanced knowledge and united up-to-date awareness are the key factors to make the file management stable, orderly and highly efficient. They also play a significant role in promoting the harmonious development of file management at college. This paper emphatically discusses the file management from such three aspects as staff awareness, service consciousness and the quality education. |
