| 摘 要： | 科技越来越发达,其带来的负面影响却越来越广,越来越深。科技具有价值理性和工具理性,在科技的发展过程中应当由价值理性占主导地位才能引领科技的为人类造福。而当今科技工具理性的泛滥而导致科技价值理性的缺失,使得科技应用中的负效应日益显露,使人类生存受到了威胁。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology,its negative effect becomes deep and wide.Science and technology possesses value rationality and instrumental rationality.In the course of science and technology history,value rationality should play a leading role to benefit mankind.The explosion of instru-mental rationality has caused the shortage of value rationality,making the negative effect of science and technology application visible,threatening the survival of human beings. |
