认知法在中学英语教师培训中的运用初探

摘    要:本文将认知法运用到中学英语教师培训中,从认知心理和认知能力出发,通过对受训者心理自觉性及自主要求进行调查,设置了从整体到局部知觉,以反思-监控-评价为中心的培训课程,并且实践了培训学员与培训组织者之间合作互动式的管理模式。

Abstract:This paper applies the cognitive approach to the training of middle school teachers. Based on cognitive psychology and cognitive ability, and through the investigation of internal consciousness and initiativeness of the trainees, the training courses are offered from global factors to partial ones and centered on reflection- monitoring - evaluation. In the training, a cooperative and interactive managing mode has been practised between the trainees and the organizers of training.
