| 摘 要： | 从不同角度分析广东排球发展进程中存在的阻碍因素，并提出相应的发展对策。结果认为：广东政府目前实施的金牌战略、优秀运动员的“拿来主义”严重影响经费的长期投入；后备人才严重匮乏，对广东人种有偏见；缺乏广东籍运动员和优秀教练员；竞赛体制混乱，严重缺乏“以赛代练”；排球职业化改革和俱乐部建设发展滞后。为促进排球发展建议政府加大本省运动员的培养和选拔，完善梯队和后备建设；改变对教练员的奖励方式——提供优秀教练员的发展空间，完善各级教练员培训；搞活基层和民间比赛，完善竞赛制度；政府转变观念，在政策和经费投入上扶持。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the factors which hindered the development of Guangdong volleyball sport from dif- ferent aspects and put forward the strategy. The conclusions are that less funds by local government, scarcity of the cultivating of reserved - athlete, prejudice against Guangdong ethnic group, deficient in excellent coaches and athletes of Guangdong, confused competition system, backward in volleyball club building. The suggestions are that we should cultivate and select more self- provincial athletes, strengthen construction of reserved- athlete, of- fer better developing opportunity and the on - job training for coaches, consummate competition system and enliven mass- based competition, support with policy and increase outlay to volleyball. |
