| 摘 要： | 高校人文精神环境对于大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观的形成具有重大影响，对于青年学生的培养具有重要的作用。体育起源于人类认识世界、改造世界的实践活动，以关心、关注人的健康为终极目标，是对人文精神的集中展示，因而高校体育对高校人文精神环境的发展具有积极的意义。本文重点探究了体育与人文精神的关系，并阐述了通过发展体育促进高校人文精神环境的几点做法。
