| 摘 要： | 我国启动＂全国亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动＂是新时期加强青少年体育、增强青少年体质的战略性举措。开展好＂阳光体育运动＂,不仅会对学生健康产生积极的影响,也会对全民健身运动的开展产生重要意义。本文从全民健身的视角分析了全民健身与阳光体育运动的关系,并对新疆高校实施阳光体育运动的情况进行了实地调查与研究。结果显示：阳光体育运动在高校实施的现状令人担忧,领导重视度不够、经费投入不足、场地器材严重匮乏等问题尤为突出。这些因素影响了新疆高校阳光体育运动实施的进程和长远发展,对当前存在的问题,提出了深入开展阳光体育运动的建议：重视完善机制、加强经费投入、增加场地器材、造校园氛围、丰富课外体育活动等建议。为新形势下新疆高校体育教育实现可持续发展提供有益的参考。
