| 摘 要： | 在当今篮球技战术迅猛发展的时代,篮球运动比赛中跳投技术越来越受人们的关注,跳投不仅是比赛得分的主要手段之一,而且跳投技术是影响投篮命中率的重要因素之一。要想赢得比赛最终胜利,想在竞赛中获得更多的分数,跳投技术的掌握与发挥起着很大的作用。因此,要加大力度对跳投技术的训练。本文通过系统化教学训练、学生容易出现的错误动作、注意问题进行阐述,希望能给同行们在平时的教学训练中有一点启发。
