| 摘 要： | 课程内容的改革是教育改革的核心．而作为教育活动的组织者和参与者就必须适应这些要求，否则就无法融入其中。该文就我国新课程改革所带来的新变革对中小学教师所提出的能力要求进行研究，提出了一些有益的建议。
