| 摘 要： | 企业家学习作为企业家感知、获取和使用企业家认知资源的认知过程和行为过程,是知识获取与应用以及复制与传播的重要途径与手段,其对企业家自身个人能力提升以及企业层次动态能力的构建影响重大。因此,本研究通过对企业家学习、企业家能力和动态能力的概念进行清晰界定之后,从企业家能力理论的视角提出了企业家学习对动态能力的影响传导机制模型。在此基础上,运用案例研究方法选取安徽国通亿创有限责任公司作为典型案例进行分析本研究提出了理论概念模型。本研究表明,企业家通过基于经验的学习、基于教育系统的学习和基于社会网络的学习获得个人和企业所需的知识,从而首先获得个人企业家能力的提升,接着通过知识的传播影响并构建企业层次的动态能力。
