| 摘 要： | 从信息管理的角度出发，探讨商业网站中网络链接存在的问题，对商业网站中网络链接需要规范化管理的原因进行深入分析，并就如何鼓励合理链接的使用，同时限制易引发问题的链接等问题进行探讨；最后从法律、技术、人文等方面提出对商业网站中网络链接进行规范管理的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | From the angle of information management, this paper discusses the problems on network linking in commercial websites. Then it analyzes the reasons for their regulation as well as the regulated content, such as rational linking encouragement and disputable linking restriction in commercial websites. At last, some suggestions and measures are proposed in respect of legislative laws, technologies and humanitarian. |
