| 摘 要： | 通过对新旧规则的比较和部分比赛成绩的统计,发现我国单人花样滑冰选手到目前为止还不能很好地适应新规则的变化,主要表现在编排中未能充分掌握新规则、技术质量不高、音乐的选择存在误区、简化编排内容和表演能力不强等几个方面。提出进一步掌握规则、提高技术质量、保持和完善编排内容、加强表演能力的培养、选择适合的音乐和提高文化素养等途径来提高我国单人花样滑冰选手的竞技水平。

| Abstract: | After having a comparison between the old rules and new ones and having a statistical analysis of some competitive results, the article finds out that to date, Chinese single figure skaters cant well acclimatize themselves to the change from new rules. The problems relate to the following aspects： inadequate mastery of new rules, low technical quality, some mistake of choosing music, lacking ability to have a simplification of program and a good performance. For improving Chinese single figure skaters%ompetitive performance, it puts forward some suggestions to have a further mastery of new rules, to increase the technical quality, to improve the program, to reinforce the training of performance ability, to choose well music and to advance the culture education. |
