| 摘 要： | 技术引进的溢出效应是中国技术追赶过程中长期关注的重要议题。以技术贸易和外商直接投资作为技术引进的衡量指标,以创新能力作为导向,分析了中国技术引进的溢出效应。研究结果表明：改革开放以来,外商直接投资（FDI）逐步成为首要的技术引进方式,技术贸易方式已经实现从硬件向软件的转变;FDI和软技术引进对技术创新能力具有正向效应,而硬件技术引进则呈现负向效应;无论是外商直接投资还是技术贸易的技术引进方式,都严格依赖于东道国的人力资本积累水平,而不是R＆D经费人员比。
