| 摘 要： | 本文主要讲三个方面。第一，简单回顾一下日本福岛核事故及其现况与教训；第二，日本这次核事故对我们国家核电发展的影响，我们应该如何从日本的事故吸取经验教训，明确我国核电发展战略；最后试图回答几个问题：应该如何正确对待放射性，这次福岛核电事故到底有多大，等等。
