| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法,从整体性、综合性角度,对浙江省中部地区小学体育教师的年龄结构、职称结构、学历层次结构、职后培训的效果等方面进行了调查和分析。结果表明:目前浙江省中部地区小学体育师资队伍存在年龄结构趋向年轻化、男女比例失调、非专业教师执教及专业教师在学历进修中的转专业问题等。针对存在的问题提出了完善体育师资队伍建设的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaires,the paper mainly studies PE teachers' age composition,professional or technical title structure,academic credentials' structure,and the effect of professional training in primary schools in the middle of Zhejiang Province.The result shows that at present PE teachers in the area are becoming younger,men and women teachers are imbalance,and lots of amateur teachers are teaching PE,besides,some professional teachers tend to change their majors in academic trainings.It puts forward some suggestions of perfecting PE teachers' team. |
