摘 要: | 采用固相法和溶胶凝胶法(sol-gel)成功地制备出了LiFePO4.并利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜以及电化学测试等手段,系统地研究了合成条件和方法对材料的结构和电化学性能的影响.研究表明,使用sol—gel方法和固相法,制备出单一相的LiFePO4,其比容量分别为130mAh/g和80mAh/g.采用sol—gel方法制备的LiFePO4作为电池正极材料具有高的比容量和优良的电化学性能.

The Synthesis of LiFePO4 as Positive Cathode Materials for Lithium-ion Batteries by Sol-gel |

Abstract: | Olivine structure LiFePO4 has successfully been fabricated using Sol - gel method. Influence of synthesizing conditions and methods on structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the final materials are investigated by means of XRD, SEM and electrochemical techniques. Singlephase LiFePO4 are obtained by solid - state reaction and Sol-gel method at 600 C. Samples based on this condition exhibits reversible discharge capacity of 80mAh/g and 130mAh/g. The synthesis of pure LiFePO4 by Sol-gel method has high specific capacity and most optimized electrochemical properties. |
