| Abstract: | As an outstanding literate painter, Xu Beihong blends the Chinese national culture with his oil-painting. His works have high national aesthetic taste in respects of composition of a picture, usage of painting-brush, poetic state and so on. As an educationalist of art, he actively participates in the socil movement, caresabout the fate of the whole nation, has progressive thoughts, and appears noble character power. |
