| 摘 要： | 产业集群因为具有持续的创新能力，受到各国关注。基于集群的政策因为能提高集群的创新绩效而逐渐为众多国家采纳。在介绍和分析oEcD国家集群政策的基础上，为我国区域经济的发展提出一些政策建议。

| Abstract: | Industrial clusters are attracting many country attentions because of its sustaining innovation capacity,and the emerging cluster based policy has been accepted gradually by many countries because it can improve the performance of innovation. Based on the introduction and analysis of the cluster based policy implemented in OECD countries,it puts forward some suggestions for the development of china's regional economy. |
