| 摘 要： | 在20世纪30年代中期,美国总统罗斯福针对当时的经济大危机带来的剧烈社会动荡,制定和颁布了《社会保险法》,美国开始实行由政府主导的社会保障制度。总结美国《社会保险法》出台的背景以及制定过程与主要内容,可以使人们对美国社会保障制度有更多的了解,同时对建立健全我国社会保障制度也有一定借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In middle of 1930s, American President Franklin Delano made and issued " Social Law of Insurance " to the violent social turbulence caused by economic crisis. U.S.A began to implement social security system leading by government. From its background and formulation process and main contents of American Social Law of Insurance, people can know more social security system as reference for establishing and improving system of security of our country. |
