| 摘 要： | 对跨国公司制造业垂直分离理论进行梳理,并剖析目前国外对垂直分离理论研究中存在的问题,结果表明,我国企业必须顺应跨国公司制造业的垂直分离,重视产业的本土化,优先发展产业集群,重视企业自主品牌的创建等。

| Abstract: | The theory of the Vertical Separtion of manufacturing Industries of the MNC (Multi - National Corporation) is enumerated,and the problem existed in the research of the Vertical Separation is analyzed. It proves that the enterprise in China should follow the way of Vertical Separation,and should develop the industry groups firstly,and should focus establishment of independent brand. |
