| 摘 要： | 实现就业指导教师队伍专业化,是发挥就业指导工作的作用,促使毕业生顺利就业的关键。本文分析了我国高校就业指导与就业指导教师的现状,以及制约高校就业指导教师专业化的因素,提出实现就业指导教师专业化的途径。
