| 摘 要： | 书院制教育模式现已成为我国高校教育改革的一种积极探索和有效尝试,书院制视角下的学生教育管理模式也在各大高校的学生管理工作中应用推广。高校的少数民族教育管理工作可以此为契机,利用书院制管理模式特点,完善少数民族学生教育管理工作体系,引导学生树立正确的宗教观,维护民族团结,增强学生适应能力,全方位助力其成长成才。

| Abstract: | The college education model has now become an active exploration and an effective attempt in the reform of China's college education.The student education management model from the perspective of the college system is also applied and promoted in the student management of major universities.The management mode of minority education in colleges and universities can also be used as an opportunity to use the characteristics of the college management system to improve the education and management system for ethnic minority students,guide students to establish a correct view of religion,maintain national unity,and enhance students'adaptability to help them in all directions. |
