| 摘 要： | 高等医学院校附属医院不仅承担着医疗服务的重任,还需为发展医学科技做出贡献,履行医学教学、科研和医学人才培养等任务。实验室建设是医院学科建设和发展的重要保障,是医院建设的重要组成部分。文章结合我院的科研实验室建设实践与管理存在的现实问题,就如何进行医院科研实验室建设与管理进行了分析与探讨。
