| 摘 要： | "一带一路"倡议下,国际商务人才不仅要具有外显的商务知识和技能,更要具有内在的主动学习与创新思维能力。高校国际商务人才培养要正视当前国际商务人才培养的不足,以综合能力素质培养为核心,培养高素质、复合型、应用型国际商务人才。
