| 摘 要： | 作为国家大力支持与发展的新型农村金融组织,村镇银行、小额贷款公司和资金互助合作社在激发农村金融活力、深化农村金融改革、提升农村金融水平方面发挥了积极功效。但是,受制于金融体制机制的框架和自身组织建设的缺陷,新型农村金融组织在我国实践运作中仍暴露出不少问题。因此,运用实证分析的研究方法,考证新型农村金融组织的运行实践,以探索制度创新的现实路径,无疑对合理配置农村信贷资源,切实满足农村发展的金融需求具有重要价值。
