| 摘 要： | 民族关系是我国社会生活中一项重要的社会关系,发展和谐民族关系是构建和谐新疆的前提和基础,是新疆社会稳定的重要保证,对构建和谐新疆具有重要意义。和谐的民族关系有助于形成一体化的国家意识,从而自觉维护国家的统一和新疆的和谐稳定。目前,影响新疆民族关系的不和谐因素仍然存在,构建和谐新疆,就是要结合新疆的特殊区情,在解决各种民族矛盾中推进新疆和谐建设。
