澳大利亚与中国旅游专业本科教育发展历程、课程设置及未来发展对比研究

摘    要:澳大利亚和中国是东亚和太平洋旅游市场中快速发展的典型代表,与之相适应的旅游专业本科教育都经历了孕育阶段、形成阶段、大规模发展阶段和提升完善阶段。通过两国的发展历程、专业与课程设置对比研究,揭示出澳大利亚旅游专业本科教育受宗主国英国影响较大,以市场主导、高度教育产业化和国际化为特色,而中国体现了政府主导和学科多维度的特色。在未来发展中,两国都面临着学科地位不高、缺乏理论科学体系和就业稳定性低等困境,需要做好加强学科体系建设、旅游专业宽泛化与细分化关系等方面。

Abstract:Australia and China of the east Asia and the Pacific tourism market develop tourism industry very fast. Their tourism undergraduate education have undergone pregnant stage, forming stage, large-scale development stage and upgra- ding-perfecting stage. By the comparative research on development process, major and related curriculum provision of the two countries,the writers reveal the Australian tourism undergraduate education is influenced by suzerain( the British)and typi- cal of high education industrialization,internationalization and being directed by education markets' and tourism markets' needs, while China embodies the characteristics of government-leading and multi-dimension. In the future, both countries are facing difficulties of low major status,lack of scientific theory system and low stability in employment. In order to keep sustainable development, both countries should strengthen the construction of subject system, deal with the relationship between major widening and subdivision etc. At the same time, Australia and China should study each other to open new majors.
