| Abstract: | The writer of the paper argues that it is imperative to make use of the implicit educational strategies in the global first - rate universities in order to realize the first - rate educational objectives. And the paper offers four specific strategies, i.e. , to value the interactive education among the students, to cultivate the humane spirit, to respect the higher- learning tradition, and to build up the academic norms. |
