Abstract:With the raped development of Chinese education,quality education is in a bitter need to be carried forward in China.Greatly promoted by the powerful reforms if Chinese educational system,the quality education would be especially prospective.Chinese educationists concerned began this practice in 1999.Even though different people hold differing assumptions upon this issue,the writers try to present the viewpoints as follows,including:1?the necessity of quality education;2?the definition of it;3?teachers and quality education;4?preconditions of carrying it out;5?how to give idelolgical education;6?how to conduct the teaching of the English language.
