我国大学教师职务聘任制改革中的几个问题

摘    要:针对当前国内大学教师职务聘任制存在着编制和设岗不科学,人才“优胜劣汰”机制不合理,人才流动机制不完善,薪水分配“大锅饭”现象及重视聘任过程而忽视聘后管理等几方面的问题,分析了这些问题产生的原因、背景,以及对国内大学教师职务聘任制推行的阻碍作用。
