| 摘 要： | R&D和市场价值之间的关系很少注意到知识产权保护(IPR)相对比较弱的国家。这一问题涉及到发展中国家潜在的知识产权保护政策。首先,在知识产权保护相对比较薄弱的情况下,奖励(即私人返回)R&D投资行为是令人担心的;其次,国内和国外R&D投资的市场价值存在明显的差异。为了检验这些问题,调查了浙江135个国内外上市公司的R&D市场价值的面板数据。得出的结论是,首先,R&D资本的市场估价对整个样本来说是积极的。第二,在国内和外国公司样本中,外国公司的R&D投资市场价值没有显著不同,而国内公司的价值系数是整个样本的4倍。第三,在高新技术产业,国内和外国公司的不同是相对于其他产业领域更小。
