| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between organizational knowledge innovation and entrepreneurial competence growth by questionnaire data and mathematical statistics tools,and proves that organizational knowledge innovation can remarkably affect entrepreneurial competence growth.Therefore,entrepreneurial competence growth can be achieved through continuous knowledge innovation in organizational learning environment. |
