| 摘 要： | 运用双边市场理论,深入研究了具有立体网状多分站组织结构的创新驿站的运行机制问题。结论表明,只有以总站为"核心"、分站为"卫星",才能最大程度地发挥出创新驿站的网络效应,才能最大限度地将不同区域、不同行业的技术需求方和技术供给方吸引到创新驿站这个交易平台上来。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the operating mechanism of IRC with tridimensional reticular organization formation by employing the theory of two-sided markets.The results show that,by the mode of central station as the core and sub-station as the wheel,the network effects can be amplified and different technology demanders and suppliers can be attracted to this exchange platform. |
