| 摘 要： | 运用数理模型,围绕孵化器与创投合作这一核心,以政府税收、补贴政策是否对双方合作行为产生影响为切入点,对创业企业、孵化器与创投在政府税收和补贴政策影响下的合作行为进行了比较分析,探讨了各种政策参数对三方合作行为所产生的影响,进一步发掘如何通过税收搭配局部补贴与总额补贴的政策组合来促进孵化器与创投的协同合作。研究结果表明:税收会对孵化器与创投的合作产生负面影响,而合理搭配补贴政策则可平衡对合作收益产生的损失,有利于促进孵化器与创投的合作。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the influence of taxation and finance subsidy on cooperative behavior between the enterprise,technology business incubator and venture capital around cooperation between business incubator and venture capital with the use of mathematical model.Furthermore it analyses the influence of policy parameter on trilateral cooperation.This study shows that,taxation has negative impact on cooperation between incubator and venture capital,while rational matching of policies can promote this cooper... |
