| 摘 要： | 针对电力系统应急物流管理工作涉及到电力系统中诸多环节的问题,分析了电力系统应急物流的特征和难点,提出了电力系统多环节应急物流集成化响应体系,阐述了响应体系的目标、主体、任务和支撑技术,并从应急指挥、信息平台、应急人员、物资调度、标准建设、局部应急和科学研究等方面提出了电力系统多环节应急物流集成化响应的策略。
