| 摘 要： | 足球运动员的战术能力对于足球比赛战局影响至关重要,因此,学习并了解优秀职业足球运动员的战术能力特征,对于足球教学、训练、比赛都非常必要。本文采用文献资料等方法,从不同视角深入分析优秀职业足球运动员的战术能力特征。研究表明：在战术能力构成因素视角下,优秀职业足球运动员战术能力有战术观念先进、战术指导思想清晰正确、战术意识强、战术知识丰富和掌握战术行动量多质高等特征;在比赛中战术运用的实践因素视角下,优秀职业足球运动员战术能力有战术能力的位置化特征、战术能力的技术完美化特征以及战术能力的球星统帅化特征;在战术能力形成过程因素视角下,优秀职业足球运动员战术能力有战术能力的可变性与稳定性和战术能力的个人性与集体性特征。
