| 摘 要： | 康德伦理学思想中的普遍的道德法则,对人的意志来说,是一种"绝对命令"。康德的道德学说提出了人道主义原则,在一定程度上表现出反封建主义的要求。在康德那里,个人具有完美的品质和绝对的价值,个人有自己的尊严,不能被别人用来作为实现公共福利计划的手段。这集中体现在他的三条先验道德法则之中。同时,自由概念是道德律不可缺少的条件,康德的三条道德法则都以意志自由为前提和基础,这些原则都有一定的进步意义。

| Abstract: | The common law of morality in kant's ethics is a kind of "absolute order" to the will of man.Kant posed humanitarianism principle and the command of anti-feudalism.The individual has perfect quality and absolute value,has his own dignity,can't be regarded as a tool by others,and couldn't become a tool to realize common welfare plan,reflecting in his three laws of morality.At the same time,the concept of freedom is necessary to morality,the three laws of morality are all based on freedom.All of these principles have progressive meaning. |
