| 摘 要： | 利用激光熔覆技术对球磨机主轴表面进行工艺参数熔覆试验，主要分析了熔覆层裂纹和气孔产生的趋势及对熔覆层耐磨性能的影响，采取适当的工艺参数，消除熔覆层内的气孔，减少裂纹，使表面硬度在不同程度上得到提高，从而提高熔覆层性能。

| Abstract: | The laser cladding is used for parameter cladding test on ball mill＇ s mainshafi surface. The paper analyzes the cladding layer cracking and the trend of stomata as well as its effect on the wear resistance of cladding layer. It aims to adapt appropriate parameter, eliminate the stomata, reduce the cracking, therefore improve the cladding layer. |
